Originally from Scotland but having grown up in Dubai, I had a glittering junior career, finishing 4th in my first Scottish Boys Stroke Play Championship. My win at the George McDonald Memorial Bowl for low U16 gross sealed his selection to the Scottish National team from 2010-2012. I also equaled the course record on the final day of the 2011 Shaikh Rashid Men’s Open Championship on the way to winning by 4 shots and the following week also won the prestigious British Daily Telegraph Junior Championship at Abu Dhabi golf club. During my time in the UAE I won numerous titles including men’s amateur order of merit titles.
I went on to play division 1 golf at a top 50 USA university for 4 years where I had a best finish of T-2nd in a field including European tour star, Brandon Stone. I graduated in 2016 before deciding to turn pro in early 2017. I have competed on various tours all around the world including the EuroPro, Asian tour, Challenge tour and the MENA tour. Some highlights include a T-2nd at the Sahara Kuwait Open in 2017 shooting -11 over 3 rounds as well as multiple top 20s on the EuroPro tour. In 2018 I made it to Final Open qualifying after finishing as top professional at regional qualifying.
